  • Vacuum table for processing small Aluminium pieces
  • Automatic vacuum compensation
  • “Sticky” faced conveyor belt
  • Abrasive belt head
  • Frequency controlled abrasive speed 5-15 m/sec
  • Automatic abrasive belt oscillation and tracking
  • 4 “Slashed Abrasive” Brushes
  • Frequency controlled brush rotation speed 6-17 m/sec (surface speed)
  • Frequency controlled carousel speed 4-9 rpm
  • Automatic table cleaning cycle (ATEX compliant)
  • Touchscreen control

NB Requires 4500 m³/hr at 150 mm w.g. dust extraction.
